Reading this table
Every price on this page is excl. VAT (HT) — the number you see is what we invoice before tax, because that's the number that's actually comparable between a French business and an international one. What you pay in tax depends on where you're billed:
- Billed in France — 20% VAT (TVA) is added at checkout.
- Billed elsewhere in the EU, with a valid VAT number — 0%, reverse charge (autoliquidation). You self-account for VAT in your own country; the legend is shown on your invoice.
- Billed outside the EU — 0%, out of scope of French VAT.
Your billing country and VAT number (if you have one) are entered at checkout, and the total recalculates live — no guessing, no separate email to find out what you actually owe.
Why two items say "custom quote" instead of a price
Enterprise Catalogue (over 5,000 SKUs) and Managed Scale (ad spend above €10,000/month) genuinely can't be priced honestly as a flat card — the scope moves with your catalogue size or your ad budget. Every other package on this site — 14 of the 16 — has a real, fixed number you can add to your cart right now.
What's not included, on any package
- Ad spend for Google Ads packages — billed directly by Google, separate from our management fee.
- Website design or rebuild work — our audits and SEO retainers tell you what to fix; a full redesign is a separate, quotable project.
- Product or blog copywriting beyond what's listed in a package's includes — quotable separately if you need it.
- Implementation work that needs access only your own developer has, on platforms where that applies — flagged case by case, mainly on E-commerce SEO.
- Translation into a third language — we work natively in French and English; anything beyond that is out of scope.
Pricing questions
01 Do I pay the full price upfront?
Depends on the package type. One-off deliverables (audits, Bilingual Launch, Store Foundations) are 50% due at order, 50% on delivery. Monthly retainers are billed monthly, starting from the date work begins.
02 What happens if I want to cancel a monthly retainer?
Every retainer has a 3-month minimum term, then it runs month to month. After that, cancel with 30 days' written notice — it ends at the close of the following billing period. Full detail is on the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
03 Can I upgrade from one package to a bigger one later?
Yes — most clients do exactly that (Local Starter to Local Pro, Content Essentials to Content Growth, and so on). Get in touch and we’ll credit what’s already been delivered against the new package rather than starting the clock over.
04 What if my business outgrows a package’s limits mid-contract?
We'll rescope you to the next tier or, for the two custom-quote items, price it individually — the work already done carries over, so it's a pricing conversation, not a restart.
05 Is there a fee if I change my mind before work starts?
For one-off deliverables, cancelling before work starts gets you a full refund minus a €90 administrative fee. Once work has started, you’re refunded pro-rata for what’s left, and you keep whatever’s already been delivered.
