01 · FOUNDATIONS
Find out what's wrong with your site — in the order you should fix it.
A structural inspection, not a sales pitch — a prioritised, plain-language findings document you can act on immediately, written by the person who'd also do the fix work if you choose to continue.
Is this for you?
- You've invested in content, ads, or a new website — and traffic still hasn't moved.
- A previous "audit" gave you a 40-page automated report and no idea what to do with it.
- You want to know exactly what's wrong before anyone asks you to pay for a fix.
- You'd rather read a prioritised list than sit through a sales pitch dressed up as a diagnosis.
- You're deciding whether the site itself is the problem, or something else is.
Not for you if: You want a guaranteed ranking number attached to the report — nobody can honestly promise you that, audit or not.
What's included
How this service runs
- 01
Crawl
We crawl your full site (or a sampled set for larger ones) and pull in Search Console and analytics data.
- 02
Diagnose
Every issue is checked by hand, not just flagged by a tool — false positives get removed before they reach you.
- 03
Prioritise
Findings are ranked by effort versus impact, not listed in the order a crawler happened to find them.
- 04
Report
You get a plain-language findings document, structured like a survey report: evidence, then recommendation.
- 05
Debrief (Complete Audit)
A 60-minute call to walk through the findings and agree what happens next.

A findings document, not a slide deck.
The audit itself is the deliverable — a structured, plain-language document you keep, organised the way a survey report is organised, with evidence next to each recommendation, not a call where findings get read aloud once and forgotten. If you continue into ongoing work afterwards, that document becomes the checklist we report progress against.
Frequently asked questions
01 Is the free 30-minute teardown the same as the paid audit?
No. The free teardown is a preliminary walk-through — enough to tell you whether a full audit is worth doing and roughly where the problems are. The paid Essential and Complete Audits are the full survey: every URL checked, every finding documented, prioritised and delivered as a report you keep.
02 Will you guarantee my rankings will improve after the audit?
No — and anyone who does is guessing. What we guarantee is a document that tells you, specifically, what's wrong and in what order to fix it. What you do with it is up to you.
03 Do you also do the fix work?
Yes, if you want to continue. Most audit clients move into an On-Page & Content SEO or Local SEO retainer once they know what needs fixing — but the audit stands alone if that's all you need.
04 What if my site is bigger than 1,000 URLs?
Get in touch before ordering — we'll scope a sampled crawl approach so the audit still covers the site properly instead of stopping at the URL cap.
05 How technical is the report? I'm not a developer.
Written for the person who has to decide what gets fixed, not the person coding the fix. Anything genuinely technical is explained in plain language first, with the technical detail underneath for whoever implements it.
